So that was a really fun 3-days of baseball against the Dodgers.
The early season fight for first place in the NL West.
And just think, the Padres and Dodgers meet 10-more times this season.
We have answers to some Padres questions. The Padres starting rotation will be gritty, will give you all they have and then turn it over to the highly regarded bullpen. Michael King has emerged as a true ace. Randy Vasquez has taken huge jumps in terms of consistency as a starter. The rest of the starters will be ‘start to start’ to see what kind of mileage they can get out of Walker Buehler, Lucas Giolito and German Marquez.
The bullpen loos set, as long there is no threat of over-use with Jason Adam, Adrian Morejon and Mason Miller.
