CHARGERS..You didn’t have that on your Bingo card did you, this awful loss to the last place-lowly regarded Arizona Cardinals..The Bolts offense hit big plays early, then got punched in the mouth from the 2nd quarter on..How do you explain the rag tag Big Red putting up (393Y) on the Bolts defense?  How do you explain a (72-51) snap count for Arizona..It was an afternoon of awful football…a blocked punt..a Justin Herbert pick…an Omarion Hampton fumble..a 4th down sack at the 5..So much for the excitement of a new playbook..Chris O’Leary’s defense didn’t look good…And the fans booed and booed….Dean Spanos day didn’t go very well did it?  A slobber knocker beatdown.

RAMS..Speaking of wretched starts, the (27-7) beating loss to the Niners…Screaming at the plans for fly the team in just 28-hours before kickoff while San Francisco was there for a week-they were razor sharp..the Rams looked moving in slow motion…and now the loss of DE-Myles Garrett to knee surgery.

BEARS..59-points..(552Y) in offense in the creaming of Carolina..Quite a statement of year two of the Ben Johnson-Caleb Williams setup.

BROWNS..That was awful, down (24-0) before you knew it..and Trevor Lawrence ripped off 4-TD passes in win Jags win over Cleveland…Going to get worse for Deshaun Watson for sure.

BENGALS..Joe Burrow came out throwing, outgunning the Bucs Baker Mayfield-who fumbled 3-times and took 4-sacks

LIONS..Somehow survived (410Y) passing from Tyler Shough of the Saints..Sparkling day of RB-Jahmyr Gibbs.

PACKERS..Got problems around Jordan Love-he throws for (387Y) but Minnesota rallies to win.

RAIDERS..For one day, a win, thanks to a combo package of Ashton Jeanty-Mike Washington of (145Y) on the ground.  5-sacks from the defense..but it was against Miami.

BALTIMORE..Quite the start for new head boss Jesse Minter..some offensive show, Lamar Jackson (364APY) and Derrick Henry (144R) in a win over the Colts.

STEELERS..Reached back in the time capsule..2-picks..4-sacks from the defense in beating up Atlanta…Mike McCarthy’s offense did not show much.

GIANTS..John Harbaugh fires opening salvo to his fans about football in NY will be like.

COWBOYS..Offense great…they think they fixed the defense…We shall see.  Rumor too, there is another trade coming for a defensive starter.  Jerry Jones last hurrah?

OHIO STATE…Lose a (23-3) lead at Texas  with a torrid 4th quarter Longhorns comeback…Arch Manning not very impressive till the final stanza…The Buckeyes schedule is really a challenge still to come.

OREGON..The Ducks are playing poorly.  Defense deplorable.  Dan Lanning alot of work to do.  Gave up (554Y) to Oklahoma State.  They don’t look right.

NOTRE DAME..Defense is fierce.  QB-CJ Carr makes plays

INDIANA..Please explain why Howard was on your schedule (55-0)..(505-57Y) offense

MIAMI..Kept starters in in (77-7) win over tiny Florida AM..(856Y-42 1st downs)

USC..Remains #1 in the small college poll..beat Louisiana after wins over San Jose-Fresno..Way to get ready for Big 10 season.

UCLA..Nice sideline antics Bob Chesney-screaming at his coaches and officials during dominant win over San Diego State…QB-Nico Iamaleava sure does not look good throwing the ball down the field…Run game-defense-fierce.

AZTECS…Intensity-effort phenomenal for three quarters but ran out of gas…SDSU plays like that they will hold their own in conference..but you cannot live with QB-Jayden Denegal’s erratic deep throws and (6-15) performance like he displayed against UCLA.

BOISE STATE..They are back-nearly beat Oregon..beat the daylights out of Memphis State.

OREGON STATE…Transfer QB-Braden Atkinson pretty dynamic…(373-413) in first two starts.

COLORADO STATE..Jim Mora is back, in a big way…the Rams (678Y) game, now off to a (2-0) start.

UNLV…Back to back big seasons, now off to an (0-2) start this year with QB changes and no defense at all.

Just a week or so into the season…Lots more to come for sure
